Machine music,
pressed on wax.
10 records cut in seven years, 3,200 copies in circulation, and a house rule that nothing gets re-recorded. Short runs, long tracks, mastered in a former kettle factory.

How the label works
Three rules, and they cost us money.
One take, or not at all
Nothing on this label is re-recorded. If the take has a mistake in it, the mistake is on the record. It started as one artist’s condition and became how we work.
Short runs, no repress
Between 120 and 600 copies, decided by what we can afford rather than what we can sell. One record has been repressed in seven years and we argued about it for a month.
Cut before it is finished
Every arrangement goes to acetate and onto a system before anyone signs it off. Tracks that cannot survive a dub-plate do not get pressed, however good the file sounds.

Demos are open
We listen on Sundays, in the order things arrive.
Unlisted links only, no attachments, and tell us how it was made. The last demo we took (X24-011) went from inbox to lacquer in eleven weeks — it ships 19 June 2026.
